I took my car into Pit Stop Onehunga having failed its WOF. The brake pressure needed checking. This is the first time my car has failed a WOF so I wasn't sure what to do. Pitstop Onehunga were great and I've not been there before. Not only did it not cost me an arm and leg to fix but the man took it back to the testing station to check it passed so I didn't have to re-take it back myself. I know the testing station is only next door, but still, he didn't have to do that as part of the service. Thank you Pit Stop Onehunga. I was well impressed. I would certainly recommend the Onehunga branch.

I am writing to let you know of a really good service experience from your Pit Stop store in East Tamaki. On Saturday, I went to Pit Stop after my own mechanic was too busy to see me about a problem with my left front wheel he had earlier worked on. After enquiring with the manager, the team pulled my car into the garage and discovered that one nut was missing and one nut was loose from my brake calliper, which meant that the loose nut was rubbing against the disc which was very dangerous. Wiremu replaced the missing nut, tightened the remaining one and checked it over. This was done quickly and at no cost. I am extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism, and we will be using Pit Stop from now on.

I received great service from Pit Stop team at Glenfield recently. This is the first time I visited Pit Stop. I am going away for the weekend, so I booked my car for a safety check on 30 March. I have expected about 15mins to finish the check but they spent a whole hour to give my car a thorough check! A detailed written report was provided. I am impressed by their superb service and professionalism. I am sure to visit Pit Stop again for a car service and WOF in the near future.

On the afternoon of last Friday 12 March my wife turned up at your workshop in a rather agitated state as her car in the Westgate car park would not start. You kindly sent one of your staff down to see if he could find out the problem and get the car started. Eventually, after a return to your workshop for extra equipment, he was able to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.
I am currently residing in the Philippines where I am running a children's trust, Merida Children's Charitable Trust (www.meridachildren.org) while my wife currently has to be in New Zealand.
This email is a sincere "Thank You" to you and your staff for giving this help to my wife. It is not easy for her being alone in Auckland and the kindness that you showed meant a great deal to the both of us.

I brought in my VW Golf this morning and was impressed by the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. Usually when taking my car in to receive repairs or services from other companies I get treated like an idiot by the arrogant staff members and ripped off purely because I’m a young female who probably doesn’t know a lot about cars.
Upon picking up my car I received a full report on what had been done which was very impressive. Then to jump into my car and have the floor mats all vacuumed and my dashboard all wiped was just fantastic. Not to mention all the other little things that caught my eye. It’s the little things that keep customers happy and bring forward return business. I will definitely be recommending Pit Stop New Lynn to my family and friends.
My expectations have been greatly succeeded and I look forward to my next service with Pit Stop New Lynn.

Just to mention my young son had excellent service from your Wairau Rd franchise recently. He was quoted $250 from a local garage to replace a steering arm boot on his Subaru. Your guys did the job the following morning for $75.00. He’s a uni student so was rapt at this deal and the prompt service.

I would just like to say that I was so impressed with the job that I received from your Lower Hutt team. I have been to so many mechanics with my car and straight away I knew the errors that they had done so all my money basically went down the drain. Your Lower Hutt team went out of their way to get me the cheapest prices for me and always kept me in the know. My car feels like its BRAND NEW again! They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them to everybody! They were really friendly too, the best service that you can receive!

I would like to commend Albany branch Pit Stop located at Volkner Place especially their Manager John and mechanic Marcus for delivering excellent customer service and going the extra mile to please their customers. I am fairly new in New Zealand and found it hard to deal with shops but since I have visited this branch, they made life much easier for me and I am very happy to say that I have finally found my trusted repair shop. I would like to say how impressed I was with the excellent service I received from your branch yesterday. Right from my first phone call the service was efficient and friendly, I was offered a lift to work if needed, my service and WOF were completed within a few hours and I was called as soon as it was done. I think it was Anthony at the desk when I collected my car and he was brilliant, so friendly and thorough, he is an asset to Pit Stop. Please pass on my thanks to the staff involved.
