I have been to Pit Stop in Glen Innes several times. Paul and staff are great and they explain in details what they did, what to be aware of and also it is close to where I live and work. I can just drop Rav 4 off and let them go to it. They also call to let me know if other jobs / repairs are needed to be done for safety driving reason and quote on cost of job. I have two granddaughters so safety is number one in my book / safety comes before cost so I get them to go ahead. I think only once a job was over my budget but Paul was awesome to let me pay balance a few days later. Very happy :-) the premises is clean, the staff in uniforms are smart and it is nice seeing a place that has vehicles already on site then an empty repair garage with unsightly oil puddles on the concrete floor.the staff knows there stuff and when I left there on Thurs 5th April, I was told to keep eye on the battery has it is loosing power ( if below 50% then take back to have checked ). Well, this morning it tick tick on me when starting it so it will be a visit to Pit Stop on my lunch break today / tomorrow. Awesome service and very happy customer :-)

Yesterday I retrieved my car from Pit Stop Glen Innes, where it had been brought up to scratch for its WOF, and been serviced etc. I don't know what happened, but the car I left at Pit Stop was not quite the same one I drove home in. Anyone who can turn a nana-renault into a sexy beast has some serious mechanical skills. I will be back.

I'm a new customer to your workshop and if first impressions are anything to go by, I'll certainly be bringing my car back for servicing again. Charlie was instrumental in helping us to get a WOF for our car. Great after sales service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team in GI!

I had not had a vehicle service at Pit Stop before and loved that the service goes the extra mile with interior vacuum, wheel shine, etc - nice touches make lasting impressions.
