Exceptionally good and very friendly customer service - walked in Thursday at about 5 pm and walked out with an appointment for the next day 1 pm - car is returned cleaner than it was brought in - work/ repairs/WOF check are carried out very efficient - very friendly reception + time for small talk - lots of magazines to read while waiting.
