Customer FeedbackI go to Pitstop in Te Awamutu and I find Gary gives really good service there. He's always friendly, does a good job and it's always a reasonable price. He tells you straight up if anything's wrong, and the service is always good.
I've had excellent service from Pitstop and I've got a great relationship with my Pitstop. They're always helpful and explain things in a way I can understand, they always bring issues to my attention before they get too serious. They're always prepared to discuss any major service before they go ahead They go the extra mile.
Just the service has always been quite good and quite quick. They can always fit us in when we need to, like appointments, and they work around our schedule as best they can. They get the job done reasonably quickly, and I'm not sort of waiting when I come back to collect it, it's always ready.
