I called in to the Massey store at 16:10hrs, I needed 4 new shocks for my Jeep, they did not have my shocks in stock so they rang around and ordered some to be delivered by urgent courier from Albany in peak hour traffic. My daughter and I walked down to Burger King and enjoyed a mildy nutritious meal consisting of 2 x double barbeque bacon & cheese burgers, a side of fries and a flat white, Paige had a creamy mayo cheese burger combo with sweet and sour sauce and 3 chicken tenders. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom soon after as the two burgers went through me faster than speeding neutrinos. The shocks were installed and vehicle ready to go at 17:13hrs. That was a killer pit stop. The most impressive service I have received anywhere, ever. Wicked!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mike today for "rescuing" me after the ignition lock in my 2002 Camry decided to call it quits at Westgate this morning. Not only did he come and have a look at the problem for himself, but he helped me find and arrange for a locksmith to come.
Auckland Mobile Locksmiths were great and actually came out much earlier than expected. I was on the road by 1pm. Jim Fitzpatrick was the name of the locksmith if you need to recommend one in future. He did a great job on the spot, fixing the lock, replacing my key including the transponder bit. Will definitely be bringing the car by your shop when and if it needs work!

Mike and the guys down at the Westgate branch are absolutely brilliant! Always willing to help out and don’t charge the earth for work that needed to be done. I’ve been up to them a lot and trust them with all the work they do, would recommend to everyone and anyone! great bunch of guys! Will only use Pit Stop Westgate for work on my vehicles. Thanks guys!
