I came passed to get my braked looked at on the way to getting my WOF elsewhere. I was always told not to go to mechanics for WOF because they always try to find something wrong that they can charge you extra for. Totally wrong when it came to Pit Stop. They did my WOF, told me what will need doing and even went so far as to swap my tyres around, buff up my fading headlights and even fill up my windscreen washer fluid. I can't be more pleased with the service I got today, the guys there were so helpful & friendly. A+++

Lance was lovely to talk to and deal with. He phoned me as promised before any work was done on my car with a quote ready, and my car was ready to be picked up at the stated time. The service was exceptional - friendly, efficient, fast. The waiting area was useful (I was able to work while waiting).Based on experiences elsewhere I didn't have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. I was impressed with the service from both of the guys that dealt with me that day. Who would've thought that getting new catalytic converters could be a pleasant experience?!
